RESOURCE HUB DAY

Cambridge Health Alliance: They assist with resources and programs such as WIC, SNAP, and help you find a primary care provider.

Careforth: Serves caregivers with coaching, resources, emotional support & financial assistance.

City of Revere: The Liaisons serve as a direct bridge between residents & resources. They help strengthen community connections and make local support easier to access.

Connect: Offers support with rental assistance, relocation services, & workforce development.

MEDICAL DEBT ASSISTANCE

Free support to reduce or eliminate medical debt, including help with hospital bills, copays, ambulance charges, dental and vision expenses.
